Catcher in the Rye Poster Presentations PRESENTATIONS TUESDAY!!!
Requirements (in any order):
The TITLE of the story and AUTHOR of the story
A PICTURE representing the story or one of the main characters
An explanation of what your group thinks the THEME of the story is
A couple sentences explaining the PLOT of the story
At lease two sentences copied from the book that you think represents the story with paragraph numbers
A PREDICTION of how your group thinks the story is going to end
OR
Create a Facebook or myspace.com page ON PAPER for one of the characters
If Holden were amongst us today, he would probably have a myspace account. What better place would he have to rant and rave? So you get to be his myspace creator! With your group and on your poster paper, create Holden’s myspace account. Include the following:
Holden’s details
Holden’s friends comments
Holden’s blurbs (about me, who I’d like to meet)
Holden’s interests
Holden’s friends
Pictures of Holden
At least 1 blog entry (this can be done on a separate sheet of paper and attached to the poster)
Use magazine cutouts, your own pictures—anything you think will capture the attention of other myspacers and will reflect the essence of Holden. Be creative and school-appropriate!
